bisonAN EXCEPTIONAL AND NATURAL MEAT.

Buffalo produces a reknown in the whole world for its tenderness and its healthy values. Indeed it's one of the most fat free meats you can find. With very low fat and cholesterol ratios the bison meat is very fewly caloric but rich in proteins.

Buffalos are bred in the open air and bred with grass and a few cereals. Handling and contact with man are avoided at best. This meat has fed generations of men since the dawn of humanity, it's still a 100% natural one.

Buffalo meat has no strong taste as can be found in some game. It is a meat rather close to the beef with smoked and woody notes as aftertaste.

WHY IS BUFFALO MEAT AN EXPENSIVE MEAT ?

Considering an equal growth a buffalo produces twice less meat as beef, this implies that they must feed it more and longer.
Besides the bison lives freely exclusively, with cereals as food complements, more and more expensive.
But what a pleasure in mouth !

Don't do without this exceptional meat, eat it sometimes but eat it !
