Food products quality :
All our products are originary from producers local to the indicated region or country exclusively, that may have or often have a "origine certifiée" (certificate of origin) , ( "igp" or "aoc" ) .We often visit these producers, be it only to buy their products, and we check the whole production line with them.
Any producer that would not honour the commitments would immediately be excluded from our providers.

You can altocether ally quality and price, merely by suppressing the middlemen and structure costs, what is allowed by the internet today. We are the only middleman because we directly buy to the producers.You buy more for less in supermarkets but there the producers are wronged and there is less quality.

None of our eatable products contain preserving or texture agents, or any other additive of that kind.sterilization or pasteurization are the only warranty of the product preservation, and of the quality of its taste.

We immediately exclude amongst our providers any product, be it food or not, that would not be yielded in the mentionned region, as well as any craftman or producer that would make a big yielding, as the industrial canning factories for example.

All of our "bio" mentionned products are "Ecocert" certificated.

Breaches : The fruits and vegetables of the recipies as jams are always seasonable.Sometimes some producers freeze the fresh fruits and take them back at the wished time, but this is unsufficient to answer the demand till the following season of gathering.
This is normal ! We think that eating -that us buying- out of season fruits and vegetables is a part taking to the lowering of quality, to a weariness and to the energetic overconsumption ( greenhouse effects ) that harms the environment.

Each sent product or article is previously meticulously checked so as to ensure the best we can that it is in good condition.
